A place where your words don't just disappear
Here is the thing that has always bugged me about how most of the internet works.
Somebody asks a good question. Somebody who actually knows the answer takes the time to write it out.
And by lunchtime it has slid down the feed and it is gone.
The next person with that same question starts from zero. Again.
The Lodge is my answer to that.
What you share here gets kept. It stays findable. It comes back around for the next person who needs it.
Your words are worth holding onto.
That is what a home feels like. You were here, it counted, and it lasted.
For a lot of folks I think this might be the first time the internet feels like a place to actually belong.
That one keeps me up at night in the good way.
