Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Non-refundable: Purchased boost credits are non-refundable
- Rollover: Credits roll over for up to 6 months (12 months for Founding Members)
- Maximum accumulation: $250 cap on accumulated credits
- Account closure: Unused credits are forfeited if you close your account
If you pause an active boost before it completes:
- Credits returned: Unused days are returned to your account as credits
- Example: 7-day boost paused after 2 days = 5 days of credit returned
- Pro-rated: Credits calculated based on full days remaining
- $5 ID verification fee: Non-refundable
- Failed verification: If verification fails due to technical issues on our end, contact support for case-by-case review
- User error: Fees are not refunded if verification fails due to invalid/unreadable documents
- Not our transaction: FrostBoard is a listing platform. Transactions are between buyers and sellers.
- Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between users
- Recommendation: Inspect items before completing payment. Meet in safe locations.
We understand things happen. If you have an exceptional circumstance:

- Explain your situation
- We'll review on a case-by-case basis
- We want to be fair, but we can't guarantee refunds outside this policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account will be permanently banned
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds plus fees
- If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers keep their current rate until they cancel
- We'll notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance
- Continuing your subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing
