Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your dealer subscription at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my boost credits if I cancel?
Boost credits are valid only for the current billing period. Use them before your subscription ends, as they don't carry over.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
If you exceed the free tier limits after downgrading, your oldest listings will be paused (not deleted) until you're within limits.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial for new dealers. Experience all Pro features before committing.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Pro Dealers receive a Verified badge which requires ID verification. Basic Dealers receive a standard Dealer badge.
