So when you go to make a deal, you actually know who is on the other side of it.

And if somebody does wrong, there is a real person to answer for it. Not a ghost. Not a burner. A name.

That is not a badge we bolt on at the end.

That is the floor the whole thing stands on.

Because none of this works unless you can trust the person across the handshake.
