Your profile goes live right away. Nothing sits in a queue waiting on someone at FrostBoard.
FrostBoard does not run background checks, and we do not pretend to. What Academy gives a family is an ID-verified person on the other side of the conversation, tutors who answer for what they put on their profile, and a direct way to report a problem. Why FrostBoard verifies.
