Downtown Anchorage's free Independence Day celebration at the Delaney Park Strip. 8am community pancake breakfast, 11am Fourth of July Parade (9th Ave and G St), festival noon to 6pm with live music, kids rides, and Alaskan food, then fireworks at 11pm from Kosinski Fields. Details: anchorage.net.
