    About
    The Fairbanks North Star Borough Parks and Recreation Department offers free senior walking sessions at the Big Dipper Ice Arena as part of its Senior Programs division. The program is designed to keep seniors active and engaged in the community. Free VanTran transportation is available to registered participants. The FNSB Senior Programs also include exercise classes at the Mary Siah Recreation Center and Santa Senior Center, plus cultural outings.
