    NAMI Fairbanks hosts a free Family Support Group on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the NAMI Fairbanks office. This peer-led group is for family members, caregivers, and friends of individuals living with mental illness. It provides a safe, confidential space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand the challenges of supporting a loved one with mental health conditions.

    • Online option available; pre-register at namialaska.org/calendar for Zoom link. NAMI Connection Support Group also meets 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 1 PM.
