    The Halibut Hullabaloo is a 10-day bonus tournament within the Valdez Halibut Derby (May 23-Sept 6, 2026). Anglers who catch the largest halibut during June 12-21 win an extra $1,000 cash on top of regular weekly derby prizes. Derby ticket required ($10/day or $50/season).
